Power off your phone Hold the volume up button and power button until the phone displays the Samsung logo. Release the power button while still holding the volume up button until you boot into the simple recovery menu.
From there use the volume keys to scroll down to wipe cache partition and press your power button to select it. After you've read the dialogue press the power button on yes or no to wipe the cache.
This has removed any stutter that I was previously experiencing.
