App update not in english?

I'm confused? The whole Galaxy Store is in English but the update for the Samsung Health app isn't?

It appears to be a flaw with how it appears in the app store. I went ahead and installed it anyway. Starting the app after the update it opened up in English

This is a known issue and we are working on resolving it. You can still update the app once installed, it will show English.
