Well I been checking since 4am for the beta 4 to drop and nothing has dropped. 

Update: I'm on a locked T-Mobile phone. I'm guessing everyone on a unlocked device has beta 4

I'm locked as well. No update. It's a bummer, but it sure will be more exciting when I finally receive it!!
