Error reports and logs submitting

When submitting error reports and submitting the logs for the error reports when do I know the logs have been made and ready to submit

You can hit at anytime during the report process. Just do not leave the application until it thanks you for reporting the error.

There's a bug with the Members application that sometimes causes it to get stuck saying a log is being generated (and it'll stay until you force stop it)
