Galaxy buds pro and lock screen

When I'm listening to music through galaxy buds pro and the screen is off, the sound sounds muffled. When I unlock the phone S21 Ultra, the treble suddenly kicks in and sounds more normal. I don't think it's my hearing!

Did you attempt to clear the cache for the buds? Mine didn't work at all when my screen turned off and that fixed it for me.

Already sent. Thanks. Looks like it was 360 audio that was causing the issue. Switched that off and it's good now.

I have the same problem with tidal. 

In addition, tidal does not recognize the air buds as compatible with 360 sound, only with my Sony headphones 

Any solution?
