No, the Beta one UI 4.0 program is closed, it will not reopen, Samsung has a limit on how many, people can join the program

Hello @ChilledFisher ,

One UI 4 Beta Program is not available for Verizon devices. Its only for Sprint, T-Mobile and Samsung Unlocked devices.
