If you haven't, reboot to Maintenance screen (some call Recovery) and do a Wipe Cache Partition.
Next go to
(phone) Settings > Device Care
Diagnostics, tap on Data, and see what it reports.
The other thing would be
(phone) Settings > Connections
Mobile Network
Ensure Network Mode is set correctly (see screenshot)
While there, might check Access Point Name entries are correct
