Not getting notifications on my Galaxy watch 4 due to the beta program

I was in the beta no watch issues however I needed to get a new phone and now have no access to the beta program and my watch won't connect the wearable app keeps crashing. Does anyone know who I can contact? I have Uninstaller the wearable app cleared cache and even factory reset watch no luck please help
