One UI 4. Hmmmm

I really hope the future betas for One UI 4 have more design changes similar to stock android 12... Android 12 is the one of the most dramatic design overhauls that android has ever had... But one UI 4 looks.. unchanged.. Sure, you can dig and find a couple of new changes.. Surely it is not dramatic though.

I believe more is to come. The few changes made aren't so bad, though.

I was really looking forward to a quick settings redesign and new icons. Also, the themeing system.

Gallery app, camera app,, calendar app, timer app have all received small updates. However, I don't think Samsung will adopt Material You but keep updating One UI to fit within guidelines (than look and feel) of Material You.

On previous years, the first beta would have most cosmetic changes somewhat locked down, however, this time around looks like this is an even earlier beta judging by the number of bugs and lack of cosmetic changes. We're all hoping a future beta would have the "Material You" from Android 12. Fingers crossed!
