Since update my phone has been getting really hot after only 20 minutes of use. Did not have this issue before the update.

Yes, I sent error report.

I was hoping the new software update would help with the overheating I've had since 2 months after getting this phone (110° being an almost constant if the phone is used much). Instead it's constantly even hotter than it had been before moving to the beta update.

The dynamic of how everyone's been affected by the update is bizarre. Others got worse battery life, I get 8 hours of screen on time on 85%. My phone doesn't even get warm anymore unless I'm outside

Hello ,

Thank you for your feedback. If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program. Please clear cache of the device.

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Side key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
  8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. Press the Side key to restart the device

Regards,
