maybe wipe cache for the app, maybe go into recovery in wipe cache
maybe try a third party dialer app from the store

If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your contribution to the beta program.
As UI is not showing up properly, Clearing cache and/or data of the phone app could help resolve the issue. If you are clearing data though make sure your call history and contact information are backed up.
