Quick settings pop-up

What happened to the feature where if you tap the words of a quick setting instead of the icon itself it brings up a small pop-up?

That's only for the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth toggles, the whole middle section works as just regular toggle switches

It used to work on all toggles. You're saying they got rid of that?

Yes, that feature is only available for the top two
