Well my phone just started doing the random restarts. Whenever I try to go to send an error report Samsung members crashes and my phone locks up and restarts.

I have a post in Tips, "Apps crashing on your beta - try this" ...

Give it a go if you haven't already - might cure some of the crashes and reboots.

I tried to login to a wifi network (such as a public one with the captive portal) and my whole phone just crashes now if I do this. They're breaking basic stuff.

Hello @KH445 ,

Would it be possible for you to back up your device and perform a master reset the device ? Even the last error report you provided for restart doesn't have any logs attached which prevents us from debugging the issue. We understand the inconvenience this causes but may be the better choice at this time.
