Sluggish privacy setting

When I click on the privacy section in the settings my phone gets very sluggish and after a minute or so the privacy section will open but is unstable.

When click on privacy, it holds for 1 or 2 seconds and the open the section. For me, it is stable after opening!

Stable after opening but definitely lags for a few seconds before loading.

Same issue, everything seems to work once it opens.
