Sound and adapt sound

As a previous user stated in a thread, everything sounded like it was in a tunnel for a bit until I changed the Dolby atmos sound to "music" or "voices" and this fixed that issue it seems.

While in there, I went back to sound quality and effects and when trying to go into "adapt sound" the entire settings app crashes. Unable to access "adapt sound" anymore.

I already submitted a bug report. Just posting for awareness.

I reported Adapt Sound crashing as well (even though I don't use it).

So did I. They just replied it's incompatible and closed the report. Seems like it's not fruitful to report most things if they just get ignored.

Incompatibility may be ok but crashing settings app is not.

Please instruct your report takers on some basic courtesy then and have them stop trying to tell us that it's user error when it clearly is not, as well as just ignoring and closing reported issues. They're not going to get useful information like that and it seems they're not forwarding reports either as I can personally see.
