When you first open the Members App, in the upper right, you'll notice the Notification Bell. Click on it, and you'll see Notices and Activity.
If you click on Notices, you should see it at the top. Also, it is very good to keep tabs on the Notices because that's how Samsung keeps us informed on new things...

I did the surveys and there's just a couple of things I am particularly bothered by that are not bug related. The notifications and app permissions control takeover I disagree with and feel like is no longer under my control, instead becoming difficult to manage and fighting me on my settings for how they want it instead of me.
The design points are mostly going to be down to personal preference or opinion (and not such a big deal in the end).
