Ui 4.0 update not available

Does anyone else in the USA have the official version of ui 4.0 yet? I'm on tmobile but my device is unlocked.

I got my UI 4 update four days ago. I'm using T-mobile (unlocked to work with any network) phone.

Reached out they are releasing the updates in batches depending on the model number

No, I don't either.  I'm with Xfinity and I have been checking multiple times a day.

Apparently it depends on the model number for the update release.
