I have not had any of them problems, only problem I ran into so far is when you uninsall an app get one ui stopped working.

I'm not really too sure if any of you people know that when you install this beta version you're avoiding all warranties on your phone so in other words I guess what I'm saying is when you download and install this update guess what you're on your own because if you brick the phone they're not going to warranty it

You got to remember all devices are differently this is why I'm advising not to install that update I have the s23 ultra everybody's applications or depending on what you use the phone for are different I work an IT so I know a lot about this stuff

Then you should be well aware of the fact that betas can be inherently unstable by their very nature. It seems somewhat ironic to me that you work in IT, yet advise individuals not to install the beta based solely upon your own time with it. Suffice it to say, "individual experiences may vary" applies here, and anyone installing a beta should expect glitches, inoperable apps, even poor battery life or firmware instability. This is all part of the beta process. 🙂 You should not install a beta on a phone that is crucial to your work, school, or home life.

Yeah well you also got to take in consideration a lot of people are not tech savvy so if they put this in their device and for whatever reason it doesn't reboot or they're not happy with it and they need to flash their phone they're not going to know how to do it because when I called Samsung they ran into problems too so don't tell me it goes with any beta version you guys want to put it in that's fine I'm just strongly advising not to put it in for the plane and simple fact is it's because a lot of people don't even know how to set up a phone let alone put a beta version in their phone and then it ends up bricked

The phone will not be bricked by reverting via SmartSwitch. Is that how you rolled back? This has been standard practice for a while now, if I'm not mistaken. Flashing firmware can be technical, but we are not using Odin here (or even ADB). The process is straightforward and fairly painless.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback.

Please note, participating in the Beta program will not void any warranties.  Beta SW is certified by Samsung and will not affect warranty.  We have not yet received any reports of devices getting "bricked" by the use of Beta SW.

For any issues you encounter during the use of Beta SW, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members > One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback > Error Report.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

- To provide UX or UI-related feedback, such as usability or feature suggestions, select "Beta community > Suggestions" in the Beta recruitment notice of Samsung Members app.

We appreciate your contribution to the Beta Program.

Regards,

One UI Beta Team
