The Beta one ui 4.0 program is closed

It has nothing to do with carriers it is only available for Samsung unlocked phones

Wrong he can't get beta and when Android 12 comes out it will be by carrier and Location

Beta program is available for T-Mobile and Sprint devices in addition to samsung unlocked devices.
