I did my upgrade to my galaxy s21 ultra and I still waitng to see the chnges, only say 
Carrier device manager requests are processing, what I suppose tobdo now 
I have 3 days waiting. Need help!!!

Someone posted the same issue. Scroll down under discussion. Some say to install Google carrier services.

Try installing Google carrier services and then power your device off for a few minutes and then it should work
