When I swipe away the media player, notifications don't move up

In the quick settings pull down screen, the notifications won't move up to cover the empty space and stay where they are.

If you view the media notification in landscape it also has some cosmetic issues (posted about this just a bit ago)

This issue comes and goes for me. If you swipe back the other way the media player comes back. You can long press the player then click "remove" to get rid of it when that happens.

Hold the player and it should give you the option to remove, that helped me get rid of it
