It's okay. Breathe! This is the nature of beta tests and stable rollouts. Samsung wants to push out the stable release in increments to ensure everything works okay. Let's just be patient, because being impatient is not going to speed up the process or do anything but raise your blood pressure. Just know that it's coming (just not here yet). Last person to get it, turn the lights off in here 🙂

Those that didn't join the beta are non beta testers.
Those s23 ultra devices are getting official update. Mt second device recorded it this morning, the one I didn't join the beta test with.

It's nothing stable about this. It's so much disabled and gray out. That's why ppl is becoming impatient. We want our phones BK!
