Yeah I had a brief pop up of a SIM when I touched the beta app after singing up then the app went away LoL that's beta & they'll fix it

Ya doesn't work yet. Probably gonna have to wait for a beta update. Hopefully it's the next update

Here. is another problem with the eSIM implementation. I have it working by using the SIM switch technique in the Reddit link above. However, a problem - the SIM Manager app outside the US allows you to set different default primary SIMs for voice, SMS, and data. The version in the beta only allows you to set a SIM as primary for everything. In other words you have to have the same primary for voice, SMS, and data. This is a problem, as a common use case is one SIM is set primary for data, and another for voice.

That can't be done with the beta. In my situation, I have a data only SIM for data. I have to set that as primary to use the data. But voice calls fail because the phone tries to put the calls through the data SIM because I can't set a different SIM for voice and data.

Again, this can be fixed by by offering the options in SIM Manager as offered in other markets.
