adaptive refresh /power save mode gone

looks like enabling adaptive refresh rate while having power save turned on is gone 😭 used that since day 1 and I'm kind of sad now. anyone have any workarounds to get it going again?

Have you tried thru Bixby Routines?

yea I tried to set power save mode on while also turning adaptive refresh rate on and it still stays at 60
