I got my buds plus about a month ago. Last week, one of the ears just stopped charging properly and was overheating. I've tried resetting them. I've also tried charging them fully but when they charge fully, the damaged one discharges almost immediately and the case loses its power too as well and I'd have to charge them up almost immediately again.
