Galaxy Ring@Zapote21 That is weird. I have a Fold 6 updated to the latest UI7, a Ring, and a Watch Ultra. I am not experiencing any high battery drain on my Ring.
After you did the update, did you wipe the device cache partition on your Fold?

Galaxy Ring1. Re-pair Your Galaxy Ring
One UI updates can mess with existing Bluetooth pairings:
Unpair the ring.
Forget the device from your Bluetooth settings.
Restart both your phone and ring (if there's a way to reset it).
Re-pair it clean through the Galaxy Wearable app.
2. Check for Rogue Background Sync
Open Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Background usage limits
Make sure the Galaxy Wearable and Health apps arenāt being restricted, and also check if the Ring is showing up with unusually high background activity.
3. Health App Overload
Sometimes after a major update, Samsung Health tries to resync or reindex tons of data (especially if you're wearing both a Ring and Watch).
Try:
Open Samsung Health > Menu > Accessories
Disable the Ring temporarily, see if the Watch stabilizes battery-wise.
Alternatively, test by using only the Ring for a day, disable the Watch.
4. Clear Cache and Data for Wearable Apps
Galaxy Wearable
Samsung Accessory Service
Samsung Health
Samsung Health Platform
Clearing cache first. If nothing changes, try clearing data (but back up first if needed).
5. Check for Updates (Even Beta Fixes)
If One UI 7 was a recent rollout, Samsung might push follow-up patches for exactly these issues.
Check manually in Galaxy Wearable > About Ring and in the Samsung Members app under Notices > Software updates.
Temporary Workaround
Turn off continuous heart rate tracking or skin temp monitoring from the Ring for a day and check the difference.
Use Airplane Mode on the Ring (if supported) overnight to isolate whether syncing is the issue.
If this just started post-One UI 7, youāre almost certainly looking at a software-level bug. Iād definitely submit an error report through Samsung Members > Support > Error reports after reproducing the issue. They can pull logs and see whatās draining it.
Want help writing that report or do you want me to look up if Samsungās acknowledged the issue yet?

Galaxy RingIn my opinion this is a hw issue and can't be solved by sw, unfortunately.
I have an Oura smart ring also and i had the same issue with the first generation. I had it replaced more than once.
The same it's happening with Samsung smart ring. This is one of the issues we face when we are early adopters.
I'll not buy another Samsung smart ring so soon. I'll wait for at least the third generation and only if it's has the NFC payment feature.
For sure Samsung knows this is a hw issue and the only solution is to replace the ring with no questions asked.

Galaxy RingSame thing is happening to me also. It has to be something with One UI 7. I have noticed slightly better battery life when using the ring on its own without the watch. If I have both connected, the ring drains faster. I am going to try the suggestions above and see if anything helps.
