I've had my S21 Ultra for about a week. A few days ago I noticed my bluetooth devices only working on one side. I've rebooted my phone, turned the bluetooth off and on again along with the airplane mode and unpaired and repaired my devices. I know it's the phone because I paired my husband's phone to my devices and the sound worked on both sides.
I'm having the same problem, was chatting with Samsung for 3 hours last night, trying everything to avail.
I'm ready to buy a new phone but I still owe Samsung$400 to pay off the phone. Customer service
