How do we redeem youtube four months premium offer. It is showing me only two months free . Samsung is not able to give a proper answer for my questions.

YouTube does not show where to enter the 4months promo code. it only shows 2 month free.

I can't seem to get mines either I had a free trial months before I got this phone so does the free 4 months I received with my phone make me ineligible?
