Great Tech Company with Horrible Customer Service/Support. Customer service with limited access to what they can help with. Online store is completed different then the actual store (physical location), both are negative in capabilities based off of the business structure. Employee discounts cannot be applied in the store. Change of address is impossible during check out. Customer support are not able to change delivery address or notify shipping services to update address. Refund take way tooo long. Samsung account does not communicate with Samsung financial account when updates to accounts are applied. I am surprised Samsung's system at checkout does not reflag incorrect addresses inputted to notify customer for correction...many many more unsatisfactory scores.
If you really care for your customers please call them back, take inconsideration their comments and concerns to improve the customer relationship. Keep all platforms used for sales of products consistent, up to date and responsive.
