Game app crashes when GPU freezes up. Ranges 75% and up then when it crashes, it hits .01-.05 percent usage. Bandai showed the game was limited to 1GB RAM when RAMplus is set at 8GB for apps. I think the GPU freezing up is the cause of the app crashing constantly. I've been fighting this problem since the Android 13 update back in October. Nothing I do fixes the issue. This phone has a new motherboard, battery, and charging port. I will not send this phone in for repairs because physically there is nothing wrong with it. I used the GPUWatch app to track FPS, CPU and GPU status. CPU stayed under 70% utilization during game usage.
I'm so sick of this problem. Everything worked until the Android 13 update last year and phone support is useless. I'm not sending my phone in when nothing is physically wrong with it. Samsung needs to start fixing their issues and bugs.
It's been compatible with this phone since downloading it last summer. Bandai has ensured it's compatible with Android 13. When they switched to Android 13 at the end of October, the problems started.
