No visual voicemail Galaxy s22 ultra

I just bought an S22 Ultra and it won't let me use my carrier's visual voicemail and made me use the Samsung voicemail app. This app does not transcribe voicemail messages, it only offers a digital recording of the message. Also the storage is incredibly small, it stores only 20 messages before making you delete messages. Anyone know how I can get an ACTUAL visual voicemail with transcription and more storage?

Cause unlocked devices aren't always compatible with features
I couldn't use a spam block when I had Verizon cause I had an unlocked device

My phone isn't unlocked. So I don't think that's the issue.

I have the same problem. How can I get a visual voicemail app on Samsung S-22 Ultra? And why does my current voicemail only take 20 voicemail? That is archaic.

It really is. I had , it seemed, unlimited Visual VM in the past with xfinity on my note 8. It all of a sudden stopped working 24, may 2022. It took me 8 months to get the crappy 20 vm pkg you're talking about. My note 8 bricked just before Christmas so I got the s22 ultra. I had visual VM for about 2 months with that and since beginning of March nothing is transcribing. I can only listen again

I pay $50/year via YouMail just so I can get visual voicemail. Come on Verizon. T Monike has this down pat, you can't provide your customers with this simple benefit?

The T-mobile Visual Voice mail just doesn't work period. It doesn't work on my Unlocked Fold 4 straight from Samsung and it doesn't work on My S23 Ultra from T-mobile.
