Advertizement on log in screen

After several minutes where the phone is inactive, I get advertizements on my log in screen and have to "x" out of the add to get to my home screen.

How do I get rid of this anoying feature?

I would suggest putting your device into safe mode and see if the ad still shows up if it doesn't then it's from a app that was recently installed and would need to be Uninstaller to remove the ads
