Had the same problem with s10+. This fixed it: (1) disconnect watch and phone using Galaxy Wearables app; (2) restart phone; (3) reconnect watch and phone using Galaxy Wearables app

Are you using the stock music app? Also, Does this happen when your device is in safe mode?

Its the music app that came with the watch. I havent gone into safe mode. It worked just fine with my Galaxy S7

I can confirm this is not working for me too. Playing Google music from my s10+ does not show up on my Galaxy watch

I can confirm also this app is not working with my galaxy s10. Both the watch and phone are up to date. Never use safe mode. It worked fine for 3 days than i updated watch and it stopped working. Only when using the music player on phone from watch. Was able to use many other music platforms to play music at first now nothing. I tried many different fixes. Such as turning airplane mode on than off. Reseting the bluetooth and even tried reinstalling the update but nothing has worked. Samsung needs to fix this.
