We had a Samsung dishwasher DW80R2031UG/AA delivered Monday, June 21, 2021. Upon delivery we opened the top to see if it was the correct color but did not completely unpack until later when we installed it.
- Upon unpacking it entirely we discovered the bottom left area has small areas where the black stainless steel is chipped or scratched off. Can Samsung send a scratch repair kit?
- It does not rinse properly. When unloading we've noticed soap particles still on the glasses. We were using a detergent powder so we switched to a liquid detergent but the dishes still have soap residue as if not rinsed. Any suggestions?
- And finally we are curious as to why it still has a very strong new plastic odor, stronger than anything we've ever had? Is this normal?
