facebook bubbles (Fixed!)

Hi! I figured out how to get our bubbles to pop up!

1: open settings and notifications

2: scroll down to Advanced settings.

3: find "floating notifications"

 > Select bubbles

4: go to fb messenger and click on your picture to bring up options. 

5: scroll down to "bubbles" and turn them all on!

Does it blink when you open the chat bubble?coz that is what i am experiencing now
