No. Samsung is not including them in the box. Now that you have your device, you can call Samsung Customer Care and request them. They will send them to you free of charge.

Did you get any success in getting the replacement tips? I contacted Samsung and they are refusing to send anything but the wired AKG buds... and therein too I was sent a faulty pair.
I'm still fighting with them about a :pen: replacement because not only did they send me a set of wired headphones that only one ear works the new pen's tip is Uber garbage. I use my pen every day for hours on end and by the end of December 2020(not even 4 months after release of device) my :pen: tip is almost gone
