Adaptive display?

I have my s21 Plus on adaptive display and people have said that it adapts between 48 HZ and 120 hertz but I've never seen it in any value besides 60 and 120.

You want to run at 48hz ?

I mean it would be nice. When I'm reading text or something I don't need it to refresh at 60 hertz, that's unnecessary

I think it's just a range. 60 minimum is good for everything. 48 not so much. Maybe it's for the super power saving mode? Not sure.

You can select 48hz in Game Booster settings, but it only applies to games. Or you can just add the app as a game, maybe that will work.

48HZ is mostly used during games or watching videos including YouTube. Standard mode prefers 60Hz and adaptive would max out at 120Hz.
