Camera access settings

Everything I click on my camera access settings. My phone freezes up and I have to close down the app Everything. Doesn't go further than the option to click on camera access. Is anyone else having this issue?

My camera doesn't work; the app opens, but no image (black screen) with control panel only.

No issues here. Did you tried clearing the camera app data / cache?

I have no issue opening and using my camera. I should have been more specific. So , the setting to show what has access to your camera isn't working.
