Clock style

It is possible to change the clock style when you swipe down to access the toggles? 

the one in the 1st screenshot

 I have seen a few videos where it is totally different. 2nd screenshot

And there is a difference in the fonts - that makes a difference

In the first screenshot, the clock is using the overall font used on the phone
