Has anyone else experienced random lag spikes or phone not reacting to touches? I reported the issue but haven't gotten any response about it.

I haven't. don't know when you submitted your error reports, but it usually takes a couple of days to get a response.

On another note.

Have you tried wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting? This may clear up some lags for you

You don't get an actual response most of the time to an error report. The error report if for Samsung to review and use the info to make changes and bug fixes. It's not like you putting in an error report will get you an immediate fix to your issue.
