s21 ultra battery only charges to 85 percent and stops .

Go to Device Care>>Battery>>More Battery Settings and see if "Protect battery" is turned on. If you turn it off, the phone will charge to 100%.

Go into your Settings --> Battery --> More Battery Settings --> Protect Your Battery (at the very bottom) and uncheck if turned on.

This stops battery charging at 85% to help keep its life longer...

You should leave that enabled ...

Charging to 100% all the time will degrade the battery's overall lifetime.

That's why that setting was added
