I was trying to enroll Samsung Care+ in my S21 Ultra after I buy it. But when I did, it charge $299 for getting it. Somebody can explain why cause in Samsung costumer service they don't have answers for me.
I don't know why they don't replace or get reparations without that at good prices just for the fact of the cost of the phones. I'm getting tired of it. They don't do s***t. And I'm trying to fix my phone but I want to put the care service just in case happens another day, but they don't solve any problem!
