I recently changed my phone from s8 to s10.
When I am trying to set up my Samsung pass it says "couldn't verify the Fingerprint".
I restarted few times, I deleted and added my Fingerprint few times. Still no luck.

I disabled my Wifi connection so only cellular data was used, and then it worked. I have seen that with several apps that they only seem to work over the cellular service or Wi-Fi service (particularly for Smart home devices). Try that and see if it works.
Have you tried wiping the cache partition on your device?

I would suggest you to remove and re-add Samsung account
and Clear data fro the Samsung Pass app from the settings of the phone.
Remove and re-add Samsung Account:
From Settings >> Accounts and back up >> Accounts >> Samsung account >> Remove >> Accounts >> Add account >> Samsung Account.
Clear Data for the Samsung Pass app from the settings
of the phone: From the app screen >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap of three dots >> Show System apps >> Samsung Pass >> Storage>> clear data.

No , man. I just set up brand new phone, nothing need to be clear date. one of 1 st thing to do is set up samsung pass and couldn't verify the Fingerprint, please try again later. I restart, try many time won't work
Try going to your settings > Biometrics > fingerprints > delete prints, add new prints > then still in Biometrics, open Samsung pay and pass make sure fingerprints are toggled on. See if that helps.
