Final Beta power save mode

Dev team please add the option to run power saving mode while having adaptive refresh on in final beta. it worked just fine ON android 11.

it's nice to have power save on while at work when I don't need full cpu usage, but having nice smooth scrolling

That would be the Oxymoron option in Settings

we had it before and it worked fine lol and I got some decent battery at work while still maintaining 120hz. I don't need my phone to run full power so limiting the cpu is nice and definitely helps my battery
