need a hot fix asap for beta 4. There are extreme animation drops in all aspects of scrolling. No matter what app. It did not happen until phone was updated to beta 4 (this morning)

Clear your cache partition, that might help you

e.g., scrolling (for me) in some apps is quite smooth. browser scrolling and in other apps, not so much, even after wiping cache partition and repairing apps

Also have this, especially in media heavy apps. This is after clearing cache twice, and clearing app caches.

My phone is simple. I keep my apps to the ones I need to most. I don't download a lot of apps or things like that on my phone. Just the stuff I need daily.

Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Side key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Side key to restart the device.

The struggle is real, it feels like scrolling in Jello or something in some apps, others are just straight up choppy. I submitted a bug report for it. Gmail messages with images scroll terribly, Twitter is aweful, and Google Discover feeds lags like crazy if you open an article. Clearing cache partition doesn't help
