RCS chat features for US unlocked devices

I'm not sure why unlocked device here in the US doesn't have the stock messaging app updated with RCS chat features (I've seen international versions have had this for awhile) but the feature would be great to have!

Use google messages tbh since US carriers are going to use google messages as default later on for RCS

Samsung should just kill the stock messageing app and go with Android messages since all US carriers are going to that with their locked versions
