Refresh Rate Drop

I'm on One UI 7.0 beta 4 and I recently also starting getting that glitch where the frame rate and refresh rate goes down a lot after turning on my screen and then it goes back to normal. Please fix this in the stable release.

This has been fixed, I got a hot fix update today. I've been testing it unlocking my phone randomly and it feels faster and smoother every time.
