This setting is currently located under Facial Recognition in the Biometrics and Security settings area. It really has no relevance to this area and belongs under the Lock Screen settings. I needed to find and change this setting and I had to do a search to find where it was located.
This setting has little if anything to do with facial recognition. If you manually unlock your phone and would like to get a chance to read what's on your lock screen before proceeding any further, this setting needs to be checked. This setting should be located under Lock Screen settings.
