Add the ability to use third-party apps for the lock screen and notification shade by default. Don't let the lock screen apps or the notification shade apps access biometrics directly, but when the user goes to unlock their device or interact with their replacement shade apps, just present the Samsung biometrics overlay that One UI currently uses for things like accessing locked apps. This way, it will still be secure, but also open and customizable.
