Hi, so I pre-ordered the Galaxy buds 4 pro, I got them in April and they were absolute fine, Crisp and crunchy sound quality, then almost a week ago I received a firmware update, later sound was trash... When I raise past 100% the volume bass and quality just disappears, and come back If I activate ANC but I don't want to use ANC everytime I try to hear my music! I tried erasing cache, reseting the buds, almost everything, at this point I'm very desperate to find a solution.
